Folk/Americana duo Sweet Wednesday will play an outdoor benefit concert Saturday, Aug. 8, at Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary in Lincoln, just over the Concord line, with all ticket proceeds going to the farm's educational and environmental programs.

The show runs from 6 to 8 p.m. at the 291-acre Mass Audubon property at 208 South Great Road. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic blankets for the evening on the farm.

Sweet Wednesday is the Boston-based duo of Dave Falk and Lisa Housman. Falk sings and plays guitar and harmonica; Housman sings and plays guitar and keys. The two have toured nationally for the past decade, both as a duo and with a full band. For the Drumlin Farm show, they'll be joined by Antonio Macomber on bass and Osi Brathwaite on drums.

"Spread out your picnic blanket to enjoy a magical evening of music on the farm!" Housman wrote in an Aug. 1 community post on Patch announcing the concert.

Bring a blanket.

Concert proceeds will support the farm's educational and environmental programs, including school programs, nature camps, and its community preschool for children ages 3 to 5. Super Star ice cream will be on site selling frozen treats during the show.

Tickets are available through Mass Audubon's website. For more information, call 781-259-2255.
