Concord's Fire Department has signed off on the 80 Deaconess Road development project, clearing a regulatory hurdle before the Planning Board can act on the site plan.

Assistant Fire Chief Walter Latta Jr. sent a letter to the Planning Board and Town Planner Elizabeth Hughes on Monday, Oct. 26. Latta wrote that the department had reviewed a response from Bohler, the firm representing the property owners, and "is satisfied with their response to our requested conditions to be incorporated into the Site Plan decision."

Bohler's response was dated Oct. 20.

The project is filed under the name Deaconess Abundant Life Communities. The Fire Department's sign-off means Bohler's responses to the department's requested conditions satisfied the department ahead of a Planning Board decision on the site plan.

The letter did not detail what conditions the Fire Department had originally imposed or how Bohler addressed them. The Planning Board's timeline for a vote on the site plan was not specified.
