Registered voters in Lexington and Concord can cast their ballots in person ahead of the Tuesday, Nov. 3, state election, with early voting available through Friday, Oct. 30.
No appointment or excuse is required. Voters must be registered, but they do not need to sign up separately for early voting.
Residents who still need to register have until Saturday, Oct. 24. In-person registration closes at 5 p.m., online registration ends at 11:59 p.m., and mailed registration forms must be postmarked by that date, according to the state’s voting guide.
Vote-by-mail applications must reach the local election office by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27. Registered voters who miss that application deadline can still vote during early-voting hours or on Election Day. Missing the voter registration deadline generally prevents someone from voting in this election.
